Shipping Update

As you may be aware, the USPS has been extremely backed up delivering packages due to the increase in holiday shipping and dealing with a shortage of employees due to the Coronavirus situation. We will continue processing your orders in our normal 2-3 business day turnaround and just ask that you give the postal service a little more time to get those packages to you.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products no returns will be allowed. If you receive an incorrect items or an item is missing, please forward a picture of the received items and your packing slip to sales@frillielillie.com. Upon confirmation, the correct/missing item will be shipped within 2 business days of the date of confirmation. If the item is sold out a refund will be processed within 2 business days of the date of confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: All missing/incorrect items should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you have passed that 48 hour period we will assume that your order has been fulfilled to your satisfaction.

No refunds will be issued due to providing us with an incorrect address.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 2 PM EST will ship on the second business day. Shipping is done Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be processed within 2 days of the first business day.
